This website is the evaluation environment for AlliedPOS 1.3.3.
For the Technical Working Group reviewing AlliedTech Solutions' eAccReg application. What you see here is the same signed release as the installer on the USB, running a test company so the demonstration can be followed online before and after the scheduled system demonstration.
AlliedPOS.online is provided as a controlled live demonstration environment.
The actual evaluation copy of AlliedPOS 1.3.3 is supplied as a compiled Windows installer.
Proprietary source code is not included.

What this website is, and is not
This website is
- A controlled live demonstration of AlliedPOS 1.3.3, the same signed release as the installer.
- A test company with test credentials, kept in its own dataset so every invoice, reading and audit entry made here is an evaluation record.
- Available to the TWG for an online walkthrough at any time during the evaluation period, in addition to the scheduled demonstration.
- Hosted by AlliedTech solely for this evaluation and for sales demonstrations.
This website is not
- The evaluation copy. That is the compiled Windows installer submitted on USB.
- A hosted or subscription product offering. AlliedPOS is applied for as standalone Windows software installed on the taxpayer's own PC.
- A source-code disclosure. The PHP and VB.NET source remains proprietary and is not part of the submission.
- A production system of any taxpayer. Nothing here is a real business's sales, stock or customer data.
Identical in the installer and on this site
The web lane and the Windows app run the same program files from the same signed manifest, so the controls below behave the same way in both places.
Local Windows functions shown during the system demonstration
These depend on the lane PC's hardware and are shown on the installed copy, not in a browser.
- Thermal receipt printer — direct ESC/POS output and silent printing of Sales Invoices, X/Z slips and reprints.
- Customer pole display on a serial or USB-serial port, including COM-port detection in the hardware settings.
- Cash drawer kick through the printer.
- Backup and restore — nightly scheduled database backups created by the installer, and a restore into a separate test database.
- Offline / local operation — the whole system runs on the lane PC with no internet connection.
- Installation itself: one-click setup, least-privilege database accounts, append-only triggers, first-login password change.
Where to look after signing in
The menu groups below are the same in the installer. Everything you do is recorded in the test company's audit trail.
- Sign in with the evaluator account. The header shows the release version and its signed-manifest status; the yellow banner confirms you are in the evaluation dataset.
- System → Windows installer.Download the exact one-click Windows evaluation package. Its filename, size and SHA-256 are displayed before download, and the download is recorded in the evaluator activity log.
- Sell → Lane (POS).Scan or pick items, apply a senior/PWD discount, tender, and read the Sales Invoice: the next sequential number, the VAT breakdown and the buyer lines. Reprint it and see the REPRINT mark.
- Sell → Customer display.Opens the shopper-facing screen that mirrors the lane; on a PC this is the second monitor.
- Sell → X / Z readings.Take an X reading at any time; close the day with a Z reading and print the slip. Z numbers are sequential per terminal and the grand total carries forward.
- Sell → Voids & refunds.Voiding a paid sale asks for a manager PIN and issues an adjustment document in its own series; the original invoice stays in the journal.
- Compliance → Audit trail and exports.Verify the hash chains, then download the audit trail (CSV), the electronic journal (TXT, every invoice as printed), and the signed release manifest, signature and public key.
- Compliance → BIR settings and Lanes. The receipt identity fields (registered name, TIN, branch, MIN, serial, PTU, supplier accreditation) and one MIN/serial/series per terminal.
- Insights → Reports.Daily sales with VAT / VAT-exempt / zero-rated / discount totals, product mix and inventory, over any range.
- People → Staff.Roles, per-screen access keys and manager PINs — the security controls that govern who can sell, void, read or configure.
Additional documentary materials requested in the Minutes of Meeting can be sent to the TWG on request. The operating manual, architecture and security description, sample invoices, X/Z readings, e-journal and backend reports are included in the submission.
